• Bets cannot generally be cancelled once confirmed

Casino Games:

• Btjale may cancel a round in the event of a technical error
• Any attempt to manipulate game software will result in account termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited under btjale's Terms & Conditions. Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended:

• Registering with false information or under someone else's identity
• Use of bots, automated software, or scripts
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity

You may close your account at any time. Btjale also offers a self-exclusion feature to support responsible gaming.

• Temporary break: Your account can be suspended for a period of 24 hours to 30 days
• Long-term exclusion: Self-exclusion can be requested for a period of 6 months to 5 years
• Permanent closure: A request can be made to permanently close your account

Btjale also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of suspicious activity, rule violations, or KYC failure. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account balance at the time of closure will be returned.
